Attorney-At-Law Contact: Tracy@FiricanoLaw.com Originally from Marblehead, Massachusetts, Tracy Firicano began sculpting the dexterity which ultimately has become characteristic of her practice of law by obtaining geographical diversity in pursuit of her education. She attended Phillips Exeter Academy in Exeter, New Hampshire, nationally ranked in the top five secondary/high school institutions (1994 graduate). She next travelled south to Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, where she obtained her B.A. in Communications Studies (1998 graduate). Her undergraduate degree laid the foundation for law school by including persuasive oral advocacy, argumentation and debate and rhetorical criticism in the required curriculum. Next she came home to Boston to attend Suffolk University Law School, where she became not only a Dean’s List student, but also proceeded to become winner of the Suffolk Law Mock Trial Competitions both her Second and Third year (January 2005 graduate). She began honing her trial advocacy skills by clerking for criminal defense lawyers in Lynn, Massachusetts during her tenure as a student. Consequently, she too began her initial practice in Lynn in 2005 prior to moving into downtown Boston, at which time she also incorporated immigration law and domestic relations/family law into her areas of practice. Attorney Firicano has since represented client in all stages of legal proceedings at all levels of the trial court (district court and superior court) throughout the state, as well as in the Appeals Court, Supreme Judicial Court, and Immigration Court in Boston. She is also licensed to handle federal matters, practicing in the United States District Court for the First District of Massachusetts. |
